How does the long service award scheme work?
It's really very simple. For every year of service, your employee accumulates points. When they reach their service milestone (5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 years) they can 'cash in' their points on any of the gifts from our online or catalogue selections. They can even trade up on their points to obtain a gift of greater value. The system is incredibly easy to administer - we do all the work; it's easy for recipients to use - and fun too.
How do I reward a member of staff for a noteworthy achievement?
This is a particularly exciting development. Now you can reward and incentive staff for their achievements as well as their long service. It's simple: just tell us the value of the gift you wish to give and we'll create a customised site or catalogue.
What does the HR department have to do?
Very little! You can leave all of the administration up to us. And we can take all the information we need in a phone call or two. Naturally we will design the catalogue or website to fit your company branding and personalise it with a congratulatory message. We'll take care of any issues that arise too: if the recipient has any queries you can direct them straight to us. See also What happens if there's a problem?
Suppose the employee doesn't like his/her gift selection?
One of the beauties of the John Morley Presentations reward system is its incredible flexibility
If your gift recipient chooses a gift from our Rewarding Memories catalogue, they'll have a tantalising selection of approximately 45 different gifts to choose from; you can even advise us on the sort of gifts you think they might like.
If they log on to Rewarding.Memories.com it's even easier. You can decide how big a selection of gifts they get to choose from - our whole range if you like. Your gift recipient can even choose to buy additional credits through our secure shopping system and obtain a gift of greater value - the sky's the limit.
But maybe they've got a very specific gift in mind. Not a problem. Even if we can't find their perfect gift in our selection of more than 2000, we'll try our best to source their product from outside our core range. We always make sure all our gift recipients are absolutely delighted with their gifts.
Or maybe you've got a very specific item in mind. Perhaps you're looking for a commemorative trophy - something a little bit different. We can help with that too.
What happens if there's a problem?
At John Morley Presentations, we really do take care of everything. So, in the event of any problem, your gift recipient simply has to give us a call and tell us what's wrong - we'll deal with it. Or perhaps they're more comfortable dealing with you. That works too. Just pass the information on to us and we'll make sure it's resolved - quickly.
Nine times out of ten the sort of 'problems' we deal with aren't really problems at all; maybe your recipient wants to upgrade their gift or perhaps they've got a query about delivery times. We're just as happy to help with all the little things - just contact us.

John Morley Presentations has successfully delivered tens of thousands of gifts to recipients. We do everything we can to ensure that the recipient's gift experience is flawless, from beginning to end. But in the event of a problem with any of the goods they receive, we will take immediate action - arranging for delivery of a replacement or replacement parts and collection of any faulty items.
Do we engrave products?
Yes, we're happy to add an extra special touch and engrave any item. There are simple instructions in each brochure and at point of 'purchase' online.
